Shipping and delivery charges are included in the price.

Shipping to ALL destinations, be that America, England, Europe, the Americas, Far and Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, central Europe, Russia, Balkans, Japan etc. etc. are included in the US Dollar price - NO other extra shipping or handling costs are charged.

The price you see listed on the website is the price you pay - no extra charges and no "minimum order fees". So it does not matter if you want to buy one or six bottles of supplements - you are in no way penalized for just ordering one bottle.

Shipping

When we receive your order, it is processed as follows:

1. When orders are received via fax or via our secure Americart shopping cart, the credit card details are checked, and verified with our credit card merchant, to ensure that no stolen or "flagged" card has been used.

2. As soon as the credit card transaction has been finalized, orders are then forwarded to our shipping department for collation and packing.

3. Once the order is packed, you will receive an e-mail to the address stipulated on your order, to notify you that your order has been dispatched.

4. All orders are dispatched from London, UK - using British Royal Mail 1st class mail.

5. Delivery lead time from London:

   • United States 15 - 17 days

   • UK and Europe 5 - 7 days

   • South America and central Europe 7 - 12 days

   • Russia, Middle and Far East as well as Australia and New Zealand 13 - 17 days.

6. Due to the high cost of courier, we no longer offer this facility.
